Kèr Tàskèmi̊ (/təs/ /ˈkɛmi̘/ [drama; story; fable] [silly]) is a subtropical Town located in the Tmíhiy̼gelfàf Region of the Tetbur Commune.
The name Kèr Tàskèmi̊ is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Tàskèmi̊ was founded by Ardhel Watkins Parry, who was culturaly Tauric.
Climate
Kèr Tàskèmi̊ has a yearly average temperature of 31°C (87°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 35°C (95°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 28°C (82°F). Kèr Tàskèmi̊ receives an average of 171 cm/y (67 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Kèr Tàskèmi̊ covers an area of nearly 5 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1970 m (6463 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Kèr Tàskèmi̊ was founded durring the early 14th century in summer of the year 1328, by Ardhel Watkins Parry. The establishment of Kèr Tàskèmi̊ suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Kèr Tàskèmi̊ which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Kèr Tàskèmi̊ was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Tàskèmi̊ is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Kèr Tàskèmi̊ is buildings are arranged arround a network of crampt flagstone streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town rests behind a thick wall made from clay bricks. The wall has all of the proper fortifications and is well made. Unfortuantly the nature of clay brick leaves it quite vulnerable to siege equipment, though the thickness of the wall lends it simmilar resistnace to a thinner hardrock wall. The town's millitarily questionable fortifications are visibly old, but also obviously well maintained. Its likly the local malishia or garrison are tasked with routine mantance of the town's defences.
A look around Kèr Tàskèmi̊ is like looking into a university’s plaza on the day before an exam. People rush about to-and-fro. Discarded scrolls and quills are dotted around town. In spite of many locals discussing academic topics, there’s little sign of any organized groups for any of that talk. Infact, the town seems disordered in general with everything scattered helter skelter about.

Cultural Notes
Kèr Tàskèmi̊'s mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is admittedly strange and non-linear style rooted in defiance of symmetrical shapes. It championed the creation of buildings with a unique visual appearance. the structural norms of classic buildings and deforms or moves away from elementary architectural principles. By including non-linear designs processed into its buildings and favoring fragmentation, this style expressed a form of controlled chaos. Its buildings appear out-of-the-ordinary, draw the eye in immediately and sometimes create a feeling of strangeness. These distorted shapes and structure are not reserved to the building’s outer facade, they destabilize interior elements too, favoring minimalism and play on people’s perceptions by injecting a futuristic touch.
